1. Do you ship internationally? How much is shipping?

Yes, we offer worldwide standard and express shipping. Shipping costs will vary by product/shipping address and is automatically calculated at checkout.

  1. Where do you ship from?

We ship products to you from our partnered factories located primarily in the United States. 

  1. I changed my mind. Can I cancel my order and get my money back please?

We can not issue refunds once the order is already

  • in production
  • being prepared for shipment
  • or has been shipped

However, if you contact us within 24 hours after placing the order, we may be able to cancel your order and issue a refund.

  1. How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed & shipped out within 2-6 business days. Estimated shipping time for US orders is 1-14 business days. International orders have an estimated shipping of 7 -18 business days.

  1. I have received only part of my order, where are my other items?

We ship orders from various partnered facilities so your items may arrive at different times. Some packages may experience shipping delays as well while others do not. If you would like to know the status of your other items, please check your item's tracking number in your order status page or contact us.                                   

  1. How do I obtain my tracking number?

Your tracking number(s) will be provided to you by email once your item(s) have been shipped. When receiving your tracking number(s), please allow up 1-3 days for the shipping company to activate/update the tracking number.

  1. Will my order be delivered by ________?

If you plan to purchase one of our products as a holiday or occasional gift, we do not recommend buying the item(s) close, in regards to our estimated shipping time, when the holiday is happening. There is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates.
