Shipping costs will vary by product/shipping address and is automatically calculated at checkout.
Worldwide Shipping & Rates
We ship across the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, and most of the world. All prices and shipping charges are shown in US Dollars (USD). As a general guide for Europe & the United Kingdom: $19.99 on orders under $75, $34.99 from $75–$149.99, and $49.99 on orders of $150 or more. Rates for all other destinations are shown at checkout.
Processing Time
All orders are normally processed & shipped out within 2-5 business days.
Please note that we only process orders Monday-Friday, excluding major Holidays. All products are Made-to-Order so please allow extra time during busy seasons such as Christmas and Black Friday.
Shipping Time
We make every effort to ensure that your order is shipped to you as soon as possible.
Estimated shipping times:
- 1-10 business days for US orders
- 1-18 business days for International orders
Please note that any shipping time stated on our website or given by customer service representatives are estimates only. Postal services are not infallible. Please allow some extra time for unforeseen delays. We will make every effort to ensure you receive your package in time, but we are not responsible for shipping delays, which can be affected by the shipping carrier, delivery destination, customs clearance, weather, holidays or incorrect/insufficient shipping address information.
International Orders: Customs, Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped outside the United States, your country may charge import duties, VAT, or other taxes when your parcel arrives. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout, and are the responsibility of the customer. Customs fees are set by your local authorities and are outside our control. If you're unsure, we recommend checking your country's import rules before ordering. Orders refused at delivery due to unpaid customs charges may be returned to us, and return shipping costs may be deducted from any refund.
Tracking Numbers
Your tracking number(s) will be provided to you by email once your item(s) have been shipped. Please allow a 1-3 days for the shipping company to activate/update your tracking number. If you do not receive your tracking number within 10 business days, please contact us with your name, email, and order number!
