Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Proof of purchase is required

Because our products are made to order, we kindly ask that you review sizing, colors, and product details carefully before placing your order.


Return Shipping & Fees

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and apply on a per-item basis

  • If your original order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund


Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include photos of the issue for faster resolution

For approved cases:

  • We will offer a replacement or full refund

  • We cover all shipping costs for defective or incorrect items


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing depending on your bank


Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return your item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within 7 business days:
